1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7pp77 ("7pp77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at 7pp77.io and all associated betting, casino, sports wagering, crash game and promotional services offered through it.

These Terms are written in English. The English language version is the governing version. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the primacy of the English text.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 7pp77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7pp77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. Players who are under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or receive any promotional benefit on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not acting in a professional gambling capacity for the purpose of circumventing platform risk controls.

7pp77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where such proof is requested and not provided within a reasonable period, 7pp77 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are satisfied. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 7pp77 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 7pp77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 7pp77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of the security of your login credentials. 7pp77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

7pp77 may, at its absolute discretion, decline to accept a registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 7pp77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7pp77 does not apply a currency conversion fee or exchange rate markup on any standard transaction. The amount deposited via a supported payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank or Sonali Bank — is the amount credited to your BDT wallet.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 7pp77 account wallet within 60 seconds under normal platform operating conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 7pp77 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard deposits. Any fee charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank is determined by that provider and is outside 7pp77's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to a registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals to a bank account may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7pp77 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold set by the platform's internal compliance procedures.

Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed with the 7pp77 support team. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. 7pp77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that are not registered in your name.

Pending Withdrawals: 7pp77 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours where additional identity verification, account review or fraud screening is required. You will be notified by email or through your account dashboard if a withdrawal is placed under review. During any such review period, the funds in question are ring-fenced and cannot be wagered.

All player funds held on the 7pp77 platform are maintained in segregated accounts that are fully separated from the platform's own operating capital. This means your BDT balance is protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the business operations of 7pp77.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wager on any game or market offered by 7pp77 — including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, Aviator, Circle or any other product — you agree to the specific game rules applicable to that product as displayed within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

Cricket Betting: Cricket markets offered on 7pp77 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures and other approved series. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, voided, or rescheduled beyond a period set by 7pp77's trading rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. The rules of each live table — including minimum and maximum bet limits, side bet availability and payout structures — are governed by the rules displayed within the live table interface and by the provider's certified game rules.

Slots: Slot games on 7pp77 use a certified random number generator (RNG). Each spin is an independent event and is not influenced by previous results. Published RTP percentages for each slot title represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

Crash Games (Aviator & Circle): Crash game mechanics are governed by provably fair algorithms. Results are determined before each round begins and are verifiable by the player. 7pp77 does not manipulate crash game outcomes. All bets cashed out before a crash event are settled at the multiplier value at which the cash-out was triggered.

7pp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has already concluded, placed as a result of a system error displaying incorrect odds, or placed in a manner that 7pp77 reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the platform. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7pp77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which must be read alongside these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed any applicable identity verification requirements.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7pp77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, 7pp77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

7pp77 collects, processes and stores personal data provided by you during registration and during your use of the platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Where an account is closed by 7pp77 as a result of a material breach of these Terms, 7pp77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms
